The Arnold Innovation Center, powered by Conway Corporation & Conductor is a space for startups, entrepreneurs, and small business owners to launch, collaborate, and grow. The AIC will offer coworking space, lease space for scaling startups, meeting space, and event space. Thanks to our sponsors, the AIC coworking space is offered at no cost, and the lease space is offered at reduced rates.

The AIC will have a limited number of leasable spaces for small and growing businesses to lease at a reduced cost, with direct access to the coaching and mentorship of the Conductor team. The leasable space is intended to be an incubator-style space for up and coming businesses with more than 1 team member. Leased space members will have access to all of the amenities of the coworking members, but have their own separate office space for their team.
